Wilde Events is proud to offer up the 2023 WERC Series. This 1:8 Scale race series is meant to offer something different in smaller field event with the focus on competitive racing and comradery that RC racing brings. We expect these events to start after the sun is up and done before the sun is down each day. Wilde Events has been a part of running races in the Northwest for nearly 15 years, we are excited to continue racing in the NW with this awesome 1:8 series.
For 2023 we will be offering 7 classes you can register for:
- Open Nitro Buggy
- SPEC Tire Nitro Buggy (TZO 601 Premounts Soft)
- Open E-Buggy
- SPEC Tire E-Buggy (TZO 601 Premount Soft)
- Open Nitro Truggy
- Open E-Truggy
- Sportsman E-buggy ($45 only single A main)
Based on the qualifying in Nitro Buggy for 40+ and ebuggy for juniors there will be 2 additional mains set by the qualifying order at minor fee only to cover class awards
Nitro Masters (40+) and Junior (E and Nitro)
The race series will offer awards for final finishing position and a payout from $5 of each non spec Entry determined by a die roll!
TQ and Top 3 each event Awards
***$5 from each entry (excluding SPEC) will go to a Random Class payout Each Weekend (Roll of the die Friday night)***
Payouts are 50% 1st 30% 2nd 20% 3rd (must have at min one full heat of 12 to qualify as payout class)
These will be smaller heat capped events with less than 240 entries and in many cases may be less than 100 entries. (MAX 20 Heat ideally)
The race will $55 per entry including $5 per entry paid for random payout ($50 entry and $5 pool, may not opt out)
Saturday - 9am-9pm (or Dark) consisting of 3 RUNS towards qualification and if time the Junior and Master Age Mains
Sunday - Mains 9am-6pm with lower mains, upper mains then finals followed immediately by the Awards in front of a podium banner!
3 of 4 Series Races will be used for points awarding top 10 (2 races completed required to receive award) in series points.
